Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, seeks a highly motivated candidate to join the Support Equipment Data Analytics and Transformation (SEDAT) team. You will lead the Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) integration within the SAP ecosystem, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to capture, prioritize, and implement requirements while ensuring audit readiness and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, MIS, data analytics, mathematics, economics, or related discipline with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with enterprise systems integration, data management, or analytics product development; strong communication and collaboration skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to program information.

Responsibilities

• Lead ELMS integration within SAP ecosystem, ensuring data integrity and alignment with requirements.
• Serve as technical focal point for ELMS, SEAL, LSEMS, SAP, and other enterprise applications.
• Translate requirements into system capabilities and develop analytics products and dashboards.
