Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, MIS, data analytics, mathematics, economics, or related quantitative discipline with 8+ years of experience; or advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration, sustainment, and enhancement of the ELMS within the SAP ecosystem, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business requirements.
• Serve as the technical focal point for systems integration across ELMS, SEAL, LSEMS, SAP, and other enterprise apps for Support Equipment operations.
• Act as primary point of contact for PE requirements throughout the system lifecycle, including development, deployment, sustainment, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including U.S. Government reps, to capture and implement requirements.
• Support FIAR initiatives by ensuring system integrations and data structures meet audit readiness and compliance.
• Translate requirements into system capabilities by integrating ELMS with SEAL and related systems.
• Establish data governance standards and data quality controls for enterprise data integrity and security.
• Engage with partners to gather requirements, develop solutions, write logic, and deliver analytics capabilities.
• Develop scalable analytics solutions supporting GLaSER objectives and digital transformation.
• Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI/Tableau to support decision-making.
• Integrate and prepare data from multiple enterprise systems for reporting and BI needs.
• Collaborate across teams involved in systems integration, data governance, and analytics operations.
