Brooklyn-based Architecture and Interior Design firm is seeking an Intermediate Architect with 6+ years’ experience to join our team of architects and interior designers.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in development of designs


• Assisting in communication with clients


• Assisting in communication and coordination with project consultants


• Preparation of presentations for clients


• Responsible for drafting / detailing drawing sets for construction


• Responsible for drafting drawing sets for Dept of Building and Landmarks filings


• Assisting in the implementation of local codes, rules, and regulations


• Assisting with bidding of projects / coordination with bidders


• Assisting with construction administration duties


• Attending OAC meetings during Construction Administration

Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience


• Minimum education: Bachelor of Architecture


• Experience in architectural drafting and detailing


• Proficient in AutoCAD


• Proficient in Rhino modeling and CS Suite


• AutoCAD for MAC knowledge, a plus

This is a full-time, in-person opportunity including benefits.

Depending on skill level and experience, the annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000.
