Requirements include a Bachelor of Architecture, proficiency in AutoCAD and Rhino, and experience with NYC Dept of Building and Landmarks filings.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of architectural experience
• Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Proficient in Rhino modeling and CS Suite
• AutoCAD for MAC knowledge is a plus
• Ability to hand sketch is a plus
• Experience with wood frame construction
• Experience with NYC Dept of Building and Landmarks filings

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of designs
• Assist in client communication
• Coordinate with project consultants
• Prepare client presentations
• Draft and detail drawing sets for construction
• Draft drawing sets for NYC Dept of Building & Landmarks filings
• Assist with local code compliance and regulations
• Assist with bidding and coordination with bidders
• Assist with construction administration duties
• Attend OAC meetings during Construction Administration
