Overview

A Manhattan based Architecture firm is looking to hire intermediate level architects (2-8 years of experience) to work on residential projects (single-family) locally and abroad. This award-winning firm is extremely competitive and has developed a reputation for producing refined, high-quality projects across the world.

Base pay

$82,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Key responsibilities

• Working as part of the design team to ensure the organized and speedy delivery of projects.
• Lead a small team of jr staff and direct workflow.
• Coordinate with multiple consultants.
• Collaborate throughout the different phases of the project from the early design stages until completion.
• Assist in putting together presentations for clients and internal reviews.
• Help put together sets of drawings for DD and CD phases.

Skills and experience

• A professional degree in Architecture (B. Arch/M. Arch)
• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience.
• Great design skills, classical design experience is a plus
• Relevant experience is desired (Single-family Residential)
• Ability to understand and translate design intent into technical documents.
• Software requirements: AutoCAD, Adobe Suite
• Rhino, SketchUp, Enscape experience is a big plus.
• Revit proficiency is a plus, but not a requirement.
