Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company is hiring a Software Engineer I in Hartford, CT to contribute to the BSI Cyber Scan platform. You will work across Elixir services, Python components, and a JavaScript/React frontend within an AWS-based environment, delivering end-to-end engineering tasks on mid-range projects.

You will analyze requirements, design and implement solutions, troubleshoot defects, and grow your skills across multiple languages and services, including Lambda and S3, in a collaborative

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related STEM field, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

Perform analysis, design, development, and configuration for intermediate complexity tasks.
Collaborate with the team to analyze, fix defects and incidents of intermediate complexity.
Work within team guidelines to independently tackle well-scoped problems.
