Job summary

Equinox in Boston, MA is seeking Full-Time Membership Sales Advisors to drive club memberships, renewals, and ancillary services through strategic outreach and in-club referrals. Reporting to a General Manager with a Regional Sales Manager, you will build rapport with prospective and current members, host events, and contribute to a high-performance sales culture within a luxury wellness environment.

Qualifications

• Confidence to perform on an incentive based salary.

• Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sell club memberships and renewals.
• Prospect new business and clients.
• Host events and workshops for in-club lead generation.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, renewals and ancillary service goals.
• Conduct pre-planning activities each month including strategic outreach for referrals.
• Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
• Participate in all club services, programs, and products under regional leadership.
