Equinox in Chestnut Hill, MA seeks a full-time Membership Sales Advisor. You are a brand ambassador for our luxury fitness club, building lasting relationships with prospective and current members while promoting memberships and service packages.

You will drive sales through events, outreach, and referrals, collaborating with a GM, RSM, and sales team. A passion for health/fitness and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Confidence to perform on an incentive based salary.

Responsibilities

• Sell club memberships and ancillary business packages.
• Prospect new business and clients.
• Host events and workshops for in-club lead generation.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, renewals and ancillary service goals.
• Conduct pre-planning activities monthly including strategic outreach for referrals.
• Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
• Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs, and products.
