Job summary

Acloché LLC in Mattoon, IL seeks a Board Certified/Eligible Urologist for an outpatient-focused, full-time role with room for regional expansion. You will join an established team and participate in a strategic schedule designed to ensure broad week-round access.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited Urology Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois license or immediate eligibility to obtain.
• Valid DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical urological interventions to a growing regional patient base.
• Collaborate with the existing department, including one urologist and two APPs.
• Coordinate clinic and surgical schedules to cover key mid-to-late week blocks for access.
• Utilize modern surgical suites and pursue outpatient surgery opportunities in nearby locations.
• Participate in a call rotation with clinic and ED consults, capped at 1 in 3.
• Maintain thorough documentation of visits, consultations, and procedures.
