Job summary

Essenti Talent in Mattoon, Illinois is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist for a full-time outpatient position. You will provide comprehensive medical and surgical care to a growing regional patient base, with a collaborative team including an experienced APPs and one established urologist.

This role offers an elite compensation package of $750,000 per year, robust incentives, sign-on, relocation assistance, CME, generous PTO, and full malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completed accredited Urology Residency program.
• BC/BE in Urology.
• Active Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility.
• DEA registration.
• Strong clinical and surgical skills with a team-based approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical urological interventions to a robust and rapidly growing regional patient base.
• Collaborate with the department, including one urologist and two APPs.
• Coordinate clinic and surgical schedules to optimize department operations and access.
• Utilize modern surgical suites and expand outpatient surgery opportunities in nearby locations.
• Participate in a manageable call rotation covering clinic and ED, capped at 1 in 3.
• Maintain thorough, accurate electronic medical records for all visits and procedures.
