Aspire Talent Solutions seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist for a full-time outpatient role in Mattoon, IL. Candidates should hold an MD or DO, have an active IL license and DEA, and be prepared for a strategic schedule designed to ensure week-round service.

You will join a department with one urologist and two APPs to provide comprehensive medical and surgical care, and participate in a manageable call rotation while expanding outpatient opportunities.

Formación

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Urology Residency program.
• BC/BE in Urology (Board Certified or Eligible).
• Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility.
• DEA registration.
• Excellent clinical and surgical skills with a collaborative team approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical urological interventions.
• Collaborate with APPs and the existing urology team.
• Coordinate clinic and surgical schedules to optimize department operations.
• Cover mid-to-late week blocks to maintain patient access.
• Utilize modern surgical suites and expand outpatient opportunities.
• Participate in a manageable on-call rotation (1 in 3).
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records for visits and procedures.
