The position offers an elite compensation package of $750,000 per year, a robust mid-level support infrastructure, and expansion opportunities across the region. You will join an active department, provide comprehensive medical and surgical urology care, and participate in a schedule designed to ensure week-round access while maintaining high standards of patient care

Qualifikationen

• MD/DO from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Urology Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois state medical license (or immediate eligibility).
• Valid DEA registration.
• Excellent clinical and surgical skills with a collaborative communication style.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical urological interventions to a regional patient base.
• Collaborate with department infrastructure including APPs.
• Coordinate clinic and surgical schedules to ensure week-round access.
• Utilize modern surgical suites to expand outpatient surgery opportunities in nearby locations.
• Participate in a manageable call rotation (clinic and ED) with bylaw-mandated 1 in 3 call.
• Maintain thorough electronic medical records for visits and procedures.
