Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. in Mattoon, IL seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist for a full-time outpatient role. The position offers a base compensation of $750,000 per year with a strategic shift design to cover key blocks throughout the week and an emphasis on expanding urological care in the region.

You will join an active department with strong mid-level support, contributing to growth across multiple locations and overseeing clinic and surgical operations from a modern facility.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Urology Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois state medical license (or immediate eligibility to obtain).
• Valid DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical urological interventions for a regional patient base.
• Collaborate with current department (one urologist, two APPs).
• Coordinate clinic and surgical schedules to ensure week-round access.
• Utilize modern surgical suites to expand outpatient surgery opportunities nearby.
• Participate in a manageable call rotation (clinic and ED) with up to 1 in 3 call.
• Maintain thorough EMR for all visits and procedures.
