Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a BC/BE Urologist for an outpatient role in Mattoon, Illinois. The position offers a strong base salary with production bonuses and substantial relocation and benefits, supported by a dedicated mid-level team.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive urologic care, coordinate schedules, and participate in a shared-coverage model across the region, with opportunities for expansion.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited Urology Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license (or immediate eligibility).
• Valid DEA registration.
• Excellent clinical and surgical skills with a collaborative team approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urological medical and surgical care to a growing regional patient base.
• Collaborate with existing department infrastructure (one urologist + two APPs).
• Coordinate clinic and surgical schedules to cover mid-to-late week blocks for access.
• Utilize modern Surgical Suites and pursue outpatient surgery opportunities nearby.
• Participate in a call rotation covering clinic and ED, limited to 1 in 3.
• Maintain thorough electronic medical records for all visits and procedures.
