Connectly Recruiting partners with a premier regional healthcare facility to recruit a full-time Urologist (BC/BE) for outpatient care in Mattoon, Illinois. This role offers an elite financial package, mid-level support, and regional expansion opportunities.

You will join an active department, provide comprehensive medical and surgical urology, and help cover week-round access with a collaborative team and limited call. A strong credential set and IL license are required.

Qualifikationen

• MD/DO from an accredited institution
• Successful completion of an accredited Urology Residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active Illinois license or eligibility to obtain
• Valid DEA registration
• Excellent clinical and surgical skills with a team-centered approach

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical urological interventions to a regional patient base
• Collaborate with the department infrastructure including APPs
• Coordinate clinic and surgical schedules to cover key mid-to-late week blocks
• Utilize modern surgical suites and pursue expansion opportunities in nearby locations
• Participate in a manageable call rotation per medical staff bylaws (1 in 3)
• Maintain thorough electronic medical records for all visits and procedures
