Job summary

Job Juncture is assisting a premier regional facility in Mattoon, Illinois, to recruit a full-time Urologist. The role offers an elite financial package, a strong APP support system, and extensive regional expansion potential within an active department.

The physician will provide comprehensive urological care, participate in call coverage, and lead efforts to expand outpatient surgery opportunities across nearby locations.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited Urology Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois state medical license (or immediate eligibility).
• Valid DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical urological interventions to a growing regional patient base.
• Collaborate with the existing department, including one urologist and two APPs.
• Coordinate clinic and surgical schedules to cover key mid-to-late week blocks.
