Saint Cyr Partners is partnering with a premier regional facility to recruit a full-time Urologist in Mattoon, Illinois. The role offers a substantial compensation package and a supportive mid-level infrastructure to expand outpatient urology services across the region.

The position requires BC/BE in Urology, an MD/DO, and eligibility for Illinois licensure. You will join a collaborative department managing clinic, outreach and a structured call rotation, with generous incentive programs and

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Urology Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois state medical license or immediate eligibility to obtain.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Excellent clinical and surgical skills with a team-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical urological interventions to a growing regional patient base.
• Collaborate with the current department infrastructure including APPs.
• Coordinate clinic and surgical schedules for broad patient access.
• Utilize modern surgical suites and pursue outpatient surgery opportunities in nearby locations.
• Participate in a manageable call rotation with clinic and ED consultations, cap at 1 in 3.
• Maintain thorough and timely electronic medical records.
