Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals
• Comfort in emergency/operating room environments
• Willingness to attend outside business hours meetings
• Adhere to AdvaMed compliance and privacy requirements

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Upper Extremities products to surgeons and healthcare professionals
• Become the resident Upper Extremities expert for a sophisticated audience
• Organize materials and propose solutions quickly during operating room consultations
• Maintain inventory of products and assist customers as needed
• Build credibility with surgeons through product and competitor knowledge
• Provide advice and training on products and tools used to save lives
