Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Missouri is seeking an Upper Extremities Sales Representative who will sell to surgeons and healthcare professionals, becoming the resident expert on our products.

You will organize materials, manage inventory, and demonstrate product value in operating rooms, while building relationships and staying compliant with industry standards.

This field-based, remote-flexible role offers travel, a base plus commissions, and the chance to make a real impact on patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years in healthcare or sales required.
• 3+ years sales experience; knowledge of sales methods and strategies implied.
• Excellent organizational skills and MS Office familiarity.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfort in emergency/operating room environments.
• Willingness to attend meetings outside regular hours.
• Commitment to compliance and AdvaMed principles; privacy and policy adherence.
• Travel approximately 30% and base salary plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Upper Extremities products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become a resident Upper Extremities expert for a sophisticated audience.
• Organize materials and provide quick solutions during operating room consultations.
• Meticulously manage inventory and assist customers as needed.
• Provide training on products and tools; stay aware of competitors.
