Job summary

Ping Identity is seeking a Senior Manager of Technical Account Management to lead a high-visibility team of TAMs, ensuring Elite partners deploy and optimize the Ping Identity portfolio. You will drive proactive strategies, executive alignment, and cross-functional collaboration to protect renewals and accelerate customer success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical account management or equivalent leadership roles.
• 5+ years of direct people management of technical, client-facing teams.
• Proven track record of scaling technical delivery and driving Elite customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Technical Account Managers.
• Define TAM roadmap for Elite accounts and oversee delivery across IAM deployments.
• Build executive-level relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and Lead Identity Architects.
• Bridge between customers and Ping’s internal teams to safeguard renewals and feedback loops.
