Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Restore files, user profiles, and mailboxes using backup applications (NetBackup, Avamar, Commvault).
• Develop, manage, and test backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for critical systems and services, participate in drills.
• Provide customer support with file management, profiles, and email organization, ensuring SLA alignment.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and changes; coordinate with IT teams for seamless service delivery.
