Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Demonstrated exceptional achievement in a globally recognized domain.
• At least 3 years of coaching or leadership experience.
• Ability to design and deliver life-skills workshops with clear progression.
• Willing to work in-person at Alpha campuses with relocation support.
• Legal right to work in United States.

Responsibilities

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching using Coachbot analytics and progress data to diagnose blockers, set ambitious goals, and hold students accountable for follow-through
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops built for mastery using credible storytelling and assess mastery through Alpha's Test2Pass system
• Set the cultural tone each morning through focused kickoffs that reinforce high-performance expectations across the campus
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families through high standards, consistency, and documented motivation plans
