This role stays student-facing: you motivate, coach, and hold students to the same uncompromising bar you’ve set for yourself, with 1-on-1 coaching, life-skills workshops, and a high-performance culture across the campuses.

Joining is full-time with six-figure pay; the compensation level is $150,000 USD per year, paid weekly, with relocation support to campuses nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Exceptional achievement in a highly selective domain (e.g., medals, distinguished university, elite firm or venture).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in student coaching, youth mentoring, athletic coaching, or leadership roles with measurable impact.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging multiweek life-skills workshops with clear progression and measurable mastery.
• Willing to work in-person at Alpha campuses (Orange County, Palo Alto, San Francisco, South Bay, Greenwich, Boca Raton, or NYC).
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drive motivation, growth, and life-skill mastery through coaching.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops built for mastery using credible storytelling from elite experience, evaluated via Alpha's Test2Pass system.
• Set the cultural tone each morning to reinforce high-performance expectations across the campus.
• Track progress in real time and adapt coaching strategies based on data.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families through high standards and consistency.
