Job summary

Alpha reimagines the school day around faster learning, stronger mentorship, and more time for students to build real-world skills. This role centers on 1-on-1 and small-group coaching, life-skills workshops, and setting a high-performance culture at Alpha campuses.

You will diagnose blockers, set ambitious goals, and push students to exceed their own expectations with elite guidance and a data-driven approach. Relocation support is available for multiple U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Exceptional achievement in a highly selective global domain is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in student coaching, youth mentoring, athletic coaching, or leadership roles.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging multiweek life-skills workshops with clear progression and measurable mastery.
• Willing to work in-person at an Alpha campus in multiple locations (relocation support provided).
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional student motivation, growth, and life-skill mastery at Alpha's highest-expectation campuses.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops built for mastery using credible storytelling from your own elite experience, then assess mastery through Alpha's Test2Pass system.
• Set the cultural tone each morning through focused kickoffs that reinforce high-performance expectations across the campus.
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data, not instinct.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families through high standards, consistency, and documented motivation plans.
