This is a full-time, in-person role focused on motivating and coaching students, delivering structured life-skills workshops, and setting the cultural tone across multiple campuses. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and a proven record of elite achievement, with relocation supported if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and a proven track record of elite achievement.
• At least 3 years coaching, mentoring, or leadership with measurable impact.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging life-skills workshops.
• Willing to work in-person at Alpha campuses or relocation supported.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch 1-on-1 and small-group coaching to diagnose blockers and set ambitious goals.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops and assess mastery through Alpha's system.
• Set a high-performance culture every morning through focused kickoffs.
• Track progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
