Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least three years of experience in student coaching, youth mentoring, athletic coaching, or leadership roles.
• Exceptionally achievement-driven background in a highly selective domain preferred.
• Willing to work in-person at multiple U.S. campuses; relocation support provided.

Responsibilities

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions using analytics to diagnose blockers and set ambitious goals.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops built for mastery.
• Set the cultural tone each morning to reinforce high-performance expectations.
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families through high standards and motivation plans.
