Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-on-1 and small-group coaching using analytics to set ambitious targets and track commitments
• Facilitate life-skills sessions and evaluate mastery via Alpha's framework
• Establish morning cultural kickoffs that set high-performance standards
• Monitor student progress and adapt coaching using real-time data
• Develop mentorship with students and families through high standards and motivation strategies
