You will lead 1-on-1 and small-group sessions, set ambitious goals, and build trusted relationships with families across Alpha campuses in multiple locations across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven exceptional achievement in globally recognized domain.
• 3+ years experience in student coaching or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching using Coachbot analytics to diagnose blockers and set ambitious goals.
• Deliver life-skills workshops built for mastery and assess mastery through Alpha's Test2Pass system.
• Set the cultural tone each morning through focused kickoffs that reinforce high-performance expectations across the campus.
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data, not instinct.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families through high standards, consistency, and documented motivation plans.
