Job summary

Alpha reimagines the school day around faster learning with AI-supported 1-on-1 coaching. As a Student Performance Strategist, you will motivate and coach students to elite standards while leading life-skills workshops and building a culture of high expectations.

You will work in person on Alpha campuses across major US locations, applying your elite background to guide students year after year toward confident, real-world growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in student coaching, youth mentoring, athletic coaching, or leadership roles.
• Willing to work in-person at Alpha campuses in multiple US locations.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions using analytics to diagnose blockers and set ambitious goals.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops.
• Establish a high-performance culture through focused morning kickoffs.
• Track student progress and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families.
