Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of coaching/mentoring experience.
• Willing to work in-person at Alpha campuses across listed locations.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions using analytics to diagnose blockers and set goals.
• Deliver life-skills workshops built for mastery and assess mastery through Alpha's system.
• Set the cultural tone each morning to reinforce high-performance expectations.
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families through high standards and motivation plans.
