Job summary

Life Time is seeking a PT-Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions. You will build relationships, educate members, and uphold Life Time Brand standards.

Responsibilities include creating safe programs, guiding clients through stretch sequences, and promoting additional training services. A HS diploma or GED and relevant certifications are required, with ongoing training and certification updates encouraged.

Qualifications

• Education includes HS diploma or GED and related bachelor’s degree.
• Certifications in personal training and assisted stretching preferred.
• Knowledge of stretching and recovery techniques required.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe client programs to reach goals and retain clients.
• Lead assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax methods.
• Lead recovery sessions with percussion, breathing drills, and stretches.
• Attend required training and document client progress.
• Provide floor assistance, ensure safety, and motivate members.
• Promote stretch sessions and other training services.
• Complete administrative duties for each client’s plan.
• Stay current on certifications and industry trends.
• Deliver superior customer service and build rapport with members.
• Document all aspects of client programming.
