Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a PT-Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better while upholding the Life Time brand.

You will build relationships, educate members, and provide superior customer service on the fitness floor. You will lead sessions using stretching techniques, assist with pre-participation screenings, and promote stretch programs alongside other personal training services.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for class duration and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Preferred: 1+ year personal training experience; AIS or FST certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions using PN F/contract-relax techniques.
• Lead recovery sessions with assisted stretching, percussion, and breathing drills.
• Read and engage in required role trainings and education.
• Conduct pre-participation screening and goal setting for new clients.
• Provide fitness floor assistance to ensure safety and education.
• Promote and sell stretch sessions and other training services.
• Complete administrative requirements for each client’s plan.
• Stay current on certifications and industry trends to advance levels.
• Ensure members feel competent and connected via excellent service.
