Life Time Inc. is seeking a PT-Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better.

You will build professional client programs, lead stretch and recovery sessions, and uphold Life Time standards for safety and service. The role requires CPT certification, CPR/AED, and knowledge of stretching/recovery techniques, with a focus on customer experience and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be a CPT with CPR/AED certification.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Capable of performing aerobic activity for class duration and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
• Leads recovery sessions using stretching, percussion, and breathing drills.
• Conducts stretch and recovery demos including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, educate, and motivate members.
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Completes all administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintains current certifications and stays updated on industry trends.
• Ensures members feel competent and connected through superior customer service.
• Documents all aspects of client programming.
