Job summary

Life Time Inc. is hiring a PT-Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions. You will build client programs, demonstrate stretching techniques, and provide recovery strategies to improve mobility and well-being.

Responsibilities include coaching members on safety, documenting progress, and promoting stretch services while upholding Life Time standards. Essential certifications include CPT and CPR/AED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified personal trainer credential.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goals and retention.
• Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
• Lead recovery sessions with assisted stretching, Hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Complete required training and certifications.
• Document client progress and medical/lifestyle information for goal setting.
• Provide education and superior customer service to members.
