Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is hiring for a Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions. The role emphasizes education, safety, and a strong member experience aligned with Life Time Brand standards.

The candidate should have CPT, CPR/AED, and knowledge of recovery techniques; preferred experience includes 1 year in personal training and a related degree. This is an on-site position offering commission-based pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Certified personal Trainer is required.
CPR and AED Certification is required.
Knowledge of assisted stretching and other recovery techniques is required.
Ability to perform aerobic activity for a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching, Hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
Conducts stretch and recovery demos and pre-participation screening to assess needs.
Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services.
Documents all aspects of client programming and provides superior customer service.
