Qualifications

• 2-5 years retail sales experience required.
• Luxury retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed monthly sales and KPI goals.
• Develop new clients by finding ways to grow business.
• Maintain client book (CRM) and generate sales via appointments and follow-up.
• Capture client data to build relationships and outreach regularly.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and stay updated on fashion trends.
• Promote brand programs, tools, and events to increase business.
• Open/close store to Company standards and ensure POS accuracy.
