Loenbro is seeking a full-lifecycle Senior Recruiter with extensive experience in filling a variety of construction positions. This role is critical for expanding our projects throughout the Southwest region.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in recruiting technical skills and a strong network within the construction industry. You will work onsite at our Tempe hiring center and may travel to job sites occasionally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-lifecycle recruitment, preferably in construction.
• Proven success in recruiting high-volume craft and technical talent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
