Job summary

Total Quality Logistics in St. Louis, MO is seeking an in-office Recruiter to own the full candidate lifecycle. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers, working closely with the on-site hiring manager to drive results.

Base salary starts at $50,000 with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and uncapped bonuses; first-year average earnings around $65,517. Promotional raises and career growth opportunities are highlighted in our program.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and maintain communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through diverse sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the interview process from sourcing to offer.
• Document conversations, progress, offers and feedback in Avature.
• Process onboarding paperwork and dispositioning with high accuracy.
