Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to manage the full candidate lifecycle across the nation. This on-site role emphasizes urgency, communication, and a metrics-driven approach to sourcing top sales talent for TQL’s expanding team.

You will work with a dedicated on-site hiring manager and own the end-to-end search, interview, and onboarding process while leveraging Avature to track progress and results.

• 1+ year of successful full cycle recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers to fill positions with top talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the interview process from sourcing to offer.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in Avature.
• Process onboarding paperwork with high accuracy.
