Job summary

First Commonwealth Bank in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Senior Relationship Banker to deepen and grow personal and business banking relationships. You will own issues end-to-end, guide customers to financial solutions, and contribute to sales and service incentives.

You will split time across onboarding, proactive outreach, account management, and adherence to policies, while coaching peers and delivering an outstanding customer experience every day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of client-centric sales experience with track record of meeting goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Must be registered with NMLS and have a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Deepen consumer relationships and onboard customers, with ongoing outreach and referrals.
• Grow consumer relationships through targeted account management and marketing campaigns.
• Champion operations, compliance, and audit guidelines to protect customer information.
• Invest in personal development and BUILD/BUILD 2.0 skills for growth.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and be the single point of contact for problem resolution.
