Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically five+ years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• NMLS registration is required under SAFÉ Act provisions and Regulation Z.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by engaging and communicating with clients.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital products and services.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests and credit applications.
• Educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products to assist with meeting financial needs.
