Qualifications

• Active Ohio real estate license required.
• Minimum 2 years of residential or commercial sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of Strongsville market trends.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency with MLS and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings to potential buyers and renters.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, real estate professionals, and industry contacts to generate leads and referrals.
• Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with local real estate laws and company policies.
• Utilize team provided technology and CRM.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments to provide accurate information to clients.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales or leases to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Coordinate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth and timely closings.
