Milestone Property Group is seeking a Showing Assistant in Ohio to join a top-tier real estate team. You will support agents by guiding clients to homes, writing and negotiating offers, and maintaining client relationships, while benefiting from PLACE-powered tools and ongoing coaching.

The role emphasizes frequent driving, client-focused service, and active participation in team training and scripts to drive success within a broker-agnostic platform.

Responsibilities

Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch.
Work with sales agent to guide clients to homes.
Provide detailed feedback to refine clients’ search criteria.
Write and negotiate offers for agents and clients.
Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week.
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
Participate in team activities per team standards.
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings, and Partner Call.
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
