Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Ohio Real Estate License or be actively enrolled in an approved real estate education program. Current students must submit proof of enrollment with their resume.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and keep property listings accurate and up to date.
• Leverage company-provided technology and tools, including CRM systems.
• Participate in team meetings, training programs, and company events.
• Analyze local market activity and prepare comprehensive property and market reports.
• Educate and assist clients throughout the home-buying journey.
• Negotiate agreements while prioritizing each client’s objectives and interests.
