Career Group is seeking a highly detail-oriented Personal Assistant for a private UHNW household in Atherton, CA. You will handle personal logistics, purchasing, inventory, wardrobe, gifting, and travel prep across multiple homes, maintaining discretion in a formal, high-touch environment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in luxury settings, strong organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to travel. Onsite role with a non-traditional schedule and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-end hospitality or private service environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional presence.
• Willingness to travel and work a non-traditional schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal assistance and logistical support to the PA team.
• Manage purchasing, returns, exchanges, and inventory tracking.
• Oversee and organize gifting, wardrobe, and personal items across homes.
• Maintain consistency with detailed preferences across multiple properties.
• Communicate with team to handle requests and priorities efficiently.
• Assist with travel preparation and packing; travel approximately 25% of the time.
• Support events, vendor coordination, and other logistics as needed.
• Collaborate with EA/PA team as the onsite PA in Atherton.
