Sage-Haus is seeking an Executive Household Manager & Family Assistant for a busy North Palm Beach private residence. The role merges high-level household management with family support, travel logistics, and discreet administrative tasks to keep the home running smoothly.

Core hours are 10:00 AM–8:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with some weekend flexibility and travel. Compensation is $40–$45 per hour, plus overtime; benefits discussed.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a high-end private household, estate, luxury hospitality, or comparable environment.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid U.S. passport and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Comfortable navigating a large multi-level property.
• Ability to adapt to varied travel environments and family schedules.
• Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement/NDA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate school pickups, drop-offs, extracurricular activities, and transportation.
• Provide supervision and backup childcare support.
• Manage family calendars, communications with schools, doctors, and providers.
• Assist with travel planning, packing, and travel logistics.
• Maintain household organization and coordinate with housekeeping staff and vendors.
• Meal support including school lunches and kitchen organization.
• Oversee laundry, linens, and closet organization.
