TheKey is seeking a Private Duty Nurse to provide high-end, private 1:1 nursing in-home care for VIP clients. You will deliver discreet clinical care, manage medications, and coordinate supplies with dedicated clinical support from TheKey’s operations team.

Join a flexible schedule with 8-12 hour shifts, per-diem options, or long-term cases. W2 employment includes benefits, professional support, and access to a high-trust client base seeking exceptional care.

Qualificações

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR / BLS Certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments).
• Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation using our digital tools and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our care team.
• Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and care management.
