Job summary

TheKey is seeking a Private Duty Nurse to deliver high-end, one-on-one in-home nursing care for VIP clients. You will work as a W2 employee with flexible shifts across multiple engagements, including 8–12 hour shifts, short visits, and ongoing cases.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years nursing experience preferred.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vitals, wound care, meds).
• Coordinate client needs, medical supplies, DME, and transport as needed.
• Maintain timely documentation using digital tools and communicate with families, physicians, and care team.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care planning.

Skills

RN License in good standing

2+ years nursing experience
