Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (preferred).
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vitals, wound care, meds).
• Coordinate client needs, supplies, DME, and transportation.
• Maintain documentation using digital tools; communicate with families, physicians, and care team.
