Qualifications

• At least two years of financial services experience.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service to an affluent client base.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with exceptional service by delivering a seamless onboarding experience and handling servicing requests.
• Assist Bankers in deepening client relationships by handling inquiries and conducting client calls.
• Develop knowledge of JPMorgan Private Client products to address daily banking needs and identify banking solutions.
• Support marketing activities such as sending client gifts or inviting clients to events.
• Use interactions to uncover opportunities to grow client wallet share.
